Running Toward Community, Connection, and Change
The miles that once carried me through cancer now help me raise funds and give back to causes close to my heart.
A Runner, a Survivor, and Your Trail Friend
John started as a runner, then an ultra-runner — chasing trails, races, and adventures. After being diagnosed with Mantle Cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, those miles took on a deeper meaning. Running carried him through treatment and gave him purpose when he needed it most. Now, he’s paying it forward with a focus on community, encouragement, and support for others on their own journeys.
